The Canadian Beef Centre of Excellence contains a 24 seat boardroom/meeting room for formal presentations. The boardroom can open up into our demonstration theatre which accommodates 24 in an interactive learning environment. Our beef cutting and demonstration area is a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) oriented facility with up-to-date equipment and technology. All the educational and meeting spaces are linked via AV (cameras, microphones and screens) allowing for full global broadcast capabilities for off-site clients around the world.
With butchery experts and a top notch culinary staff, The Canadian Beef Centre of Excellence is our knowledge centre for all things beef. Located in Calgary Alberta, this is where we meet up with beef experts and fans from around the world to explore creative new ideas that bring out the best in Canadian Beef – for your family table, favourite restaurant or grocery store. The Consumer Canadian Beef Culinary Kitchen recently underwent renovations. These were conducted to facilitate enhanced communications with you, our consumers and the many Canadians who are employed by the beef sector.
A new consumer studio has been developed to allow a dedicated focus on productions such as developing episodes for CDN Beef TV and creating content for online resources such as our new online course dedicated to oven roasting. These tools will help to ensure you have a great beef eating experience every time you cook delicious quality Canadian beef.
